Council's current Strategic Long Range Plan focuses on 2016, 2017 and 2018. The four goals or pillars were developed from parent and volunteer listening sessions that were held in all of the camps and districts in 2015. Over 350 people participated in the process.
Provide more Council/District lead activities for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Exploring throughout the year. Theses activities can vary from a few hours to several days in length and are scheduled throughout the year.
Provide more District/Council training events that are well planned and excuted for all levels of Scouting and accessible to the Council's remote units.
Provide for better internal and external communication using all relevant means of communication.
